Drive pipeline creation and acceleration in the Japan market
Lead major corporate events and high-impact marketing programs

What You’ll Do
Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute strategic field marketing plans for Japan
Align with APAC marketing on broader GTM strategies and campaigns
Partner with sales and alliances to build targeted campaigns
Generate new pipeline and accelerate existing opportunities
Event Management & Lead Generation
Plan and deliver both online and in-person events
Execute large-scale corporate events (e.g., 1,000+ attendee roadshows)
Drive lead generation and strengthen the sales pipeline
Support customer engagement through community events
Collaborate with Product, Digital, and Content Marketing teams on GTM strategy
What You Will Bring
3–5 years of experience as a Regional or Field Marketing Manager
Experience organizing local and regional events in Japan
Proficiency in Salesforce and marketing automation tools (Marketo preferred)
Fluent Japanese and strong business-level English
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable representing the company at tradeshow booths
Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Self-motivated, proactive, and action-oriented
Creative thinker and strong communicator
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Team-oriented mindset
