Position: Product Manager – Oncology (Solid Tumor)

Overview:
As a key member of the Oncology Marketing team, you will serve as the brand lead for a first-in-class ADC therapy in the solid tumor space. This role focuses on driving a successful launch in Japan by leading strategic marketing planning, field execution, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Execution & Field Operations
Support key opinion leader (KOL) engagement in collaboration with the field team
Monitor brand KPIs such as market share, account performance, and new patient uptake
Plan and execute congress activities (both in-house and co-sponsored)
Lead development of marketing materials and collaborate with communication teams
Analyze data and field insights to refine tactics and improve future plans
Work with training teams to enhance the field force's understanding of the brand strategy
2. Market Assessment & Brand Strategy
Partner with cross-functional teams (local and global) to build and refine commercial strategy
Assess the competitive landscape, patient journey, and market dynamics
Develop or update the brand plan for Japan, ensuring alignment with global strategies
Conduct market research and leverage KOL feedback to optimize marketing approaches
Lead strategic planning for scientific engagement and congress presence
3. Brand Team Leadership & Collaboration
Facilitate cross-functional meetings and task forces for brand execution
Manage special brand-related projects and ensure alignment across departments
4. Budget Management
Oversee brand operational expense (OPEX) planning and execution
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in oncology or gynecology
Experience in launch preparation and execution
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to synthesize market insights into actionable plans
Experience in working with cross-functional and global teams
Business-level English fluency required
Scientific or medical understanding preferred
Sales experience is a plus
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments
