【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Working in agile environment, you will be focusing on product quality and will be responsible for product success. Your responsibilities include:
Oversee test planning, & help to solve escalations
Develop and drive test strategy with the stakeholders
Participate and prepare reports for regular meetings with the clients
Review and resolves software quality control concerns.
Produce and maintain templates and checklist for quality assurance
Check and verify testing activities for team members
Verify testers are involved in project meetings (scrum, daily, review, etc.)
Ensure resources are available for team members to execute the testing activities.
Maintain enthusiasm and promote positive atmosphere
Promote Teamwork to increase productivity and cooperation
【REQUIREMENTS】
At least business-level Japanese and business-level English (you must be able to work with Japanese clients and international team members)
5+ years’ of QA/Testing experience.
Advanced knowledge in software development lifecycle. Testing activities/tools on automation, performance, change & release, JIRA
Analytical, detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills, positive attitude, motivated to learn, be able to take on challenges, strong commitment and ability to work in a team
【GOOD TO HAVE】
Experience in financial industry OR experience in financial/FinTech products/projects OR relevant experience in new technology
Degree in relevant technology-based subject
