【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
You will manage the flow and relationship with 3PL to support local business for both domestic and GTR
Act as key interface between multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
Forecasting process involving Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain
Provide excellent customer service and sales support relating to orders, inventory, invoices, delivery, custom clearance
Drive relationship with 3PL: KPI reviews, kaizen plans, stock take, cycle count, invoice treatment, VAS, EDI and any warehousing or distribution
Manage 2 team members
【REQUIREMENTS】
Previous experience as Supply Chain Manager or similar
Excellent knowledge of Supply Chain process
Industry experience in beverage, FMCG preferable
Organizational and project management skills
Business level Japanese and English (French would be a plus)
