  • Formulate a development plan for successor candidates for the Group common executive layer, implement program proposals

  • Planning/introduction/delivery of leadership training for senior executives (DE&I)

  • Business incidental to the above

 

【REQUIREMENTS】

  • More than 3 years of human resource development experience

  • Succession plan development planning support experience

  • Leadership training planning, design, and implementation experience

  • Business-level English & Japanese
