人材・組織運営（Talent ＆ Organization：T＆O）領域や、ファイナンシャル（Financial & Enterprise Planning)領域のDXコンサルティング
顧客ビジネスの変革を中長期的に支援
DX consulting in the areas of Talent & Organisation (T&O) and Financial (Financial & Enterprise Planning)
Medium- to long-term support for client business transformation
【REQUIREMENTS】
Mandatory:
社会人経験３年以上で、下記２つ以上の経験をお持ちの方
人材管理ソリューションまたはファイナンシャル・ソリューションを用いた業務経験又はシステム構築・運用経験
人材・組織運営領域またはファイナンシャル領域での業務経験
プロジェクト形態・チーム形態でのレベル問わずリーダーシップを発揮して業務推進した経験
人材・組織運営領域またはファイナンシャル領域でのパッケージ経験、SaaSコンフィグ, PaaSコーディング（Java・Python・R等含む）
Person who has 3+ years of working experience and 2 or more of the following experiences
Business experience using human resource management solutions or financial solutions, or system construction / operation experience
Human resources, organizational management area or financial area
Experience demonstrating leadership and promoting business regardless of level in project format/team format
Packaging experience in human resources/organization management area or financial area, SaaS configuration, PaaS coding (Java, Python, R, etc.)
Desirable:
英語を用いた業務推進に抵抗がない
グローバルメンバーと働くことに前向き
決められたことをこなすだけでなく、新しいことを仕掛ける意欲がある
情報分析基盤の設計・構築（AWS/Azure/SAP SCP 等含む） 経験
人事システム／他システムインターフェース設計・構築（ETL, SAP CPI等含む）経験
No hesitation in promoting business using English
Positive to work with global members
Willing to try new things in addition to doing what has been decided
Designing information analysis infrastructure・Construction experience (including AWS/Azure/SAP SCP etc.)
Personnel system/other system interface design/construction experience (including ETL, SAP CPI etc.)
