【THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES 】
Lead with vision, take ownership and treat every project like it is your own
Working alongside producers or alone to capture and edit events / scenes as scripted
Managing preproduction, production, and postproduction editing of video projects
Coordinating logistics for field and studio productions
Organizing a video production workflow including the storage of digital video footage
Continuously gather feedback from all stakeholders and capture best practices from other regions
Manage multiple projects simultaneously when needed
Constantly learning and being resourceful - if you cannot do something you will be encouraged to seek it out and learn how to do it

【REQUIREMENTS 】
A minimum of 2-4 years of experience
Must understand the basic 3-point lighting and at least some exposure to more complicated lighting set-ups.
The ability to produce short-form promotional videos from start to finish.
Knowledge of video editing software, including Premiere and After Effects
Animation design skills are a plus
