Position Title: Learning & Development Manager – Watches & Fine Jewelry

Role Overview
The Learning & Development Manager will be responsible for enhancing the skills, service mindset, and brand representation of sales advisors in the Watches and Fine Jewelry category. This role supports the achievement of sales goals by aligning training initiatives with the company’s marketing, retail, and strategic priorities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing retail talent who deliver exceptional client experiences and foster strong brand engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute various training programs including onboarding, career development, and brand experience workshops
Design and develop both physical and digital training materials tailored to retail environments
Work closely with boutique/store management to support on-the-job training (OJT) initiatives
Manage, publish, and analyze digital learning content via internal learning platforms
Handle administrative tasks such as budgeting, reporting, and training equipment management
Required Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail training or corporate learning & development
At least 3 years of experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service roles
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Intermediate-level English or higher (ability to read and create training materials, manage email correspondence, and participate in meetings in English)
