Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Web Application Developer to contribute to our IT engineering team. You will work on systems supporting underwriting and policy management processes.

Responsibilities / 業務内容
Develop and maintain web application systems.
Manage and optimize servers, OS, middleware, and frameworks.
Design, implement, and maintain databases.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Must-Have Skills / 必須スキル
5+ years of hands-on web application development experience.
3+ years of experience and knowledge in:
Server: Apache, IIS etc.
OS: Linux, Windows etc.
Middleware: WAS, Tomcat etc.
Framework: Spring, React etc.
3+ years of database experience (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Japanese proficiency: Native or fluent (JLPT N1), capable of communicating with stakeholders.
ウェブアプリケーション開発経験5年以上
以下の経験・知識3年以上：
サーバー（Apache, IIS 等）
OS（Linux, Windows 等）
ミドルウェア（WAS, Tomcat 等）
フレームワーク（Spring, React 等）
データベース経験（Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB 等）3年以上
日本語: ネイティブまたは流暢（JLPT N1相当）、ステークホルダーとの円滑なコミュニケーション
Nice-to-Have Skills / 歓迎スキル
Tools: GitHub, JIRA, ServiceNow.
Knowledge of user authentication (SAML, OTP, etc.) and IT security.
Experience with APIs (REST, SOAP, etc.).
Test automation and performance testing (e.g., Selenium).
English proficiency: Business-level, capable of communicating with APAC and Europe teams.
