【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Manage a web application team of 5-10 people
Liaise with customers and onsite and offshore teams of the company
Understand and record project requirements and technical challenges
Negotiate contracts with customers in a timely manner
Acknowledge activities around designing, development and testing
Provide support to customers in QA testing
【REQUIREMENTS】
Web application development and management experience
Working knowledge of:
Front-end languages and libraries (HTML/CSS, JavaScript. XML. jQuery)
Back-end languages (Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js)
Databases (MySQL, MongoDB)
Web servers (Apache)
UI/UX design
Strong communication skills
Fluent level Japanese and English
【GOOD TO HAVE】
Experience in onsite/offshore project execution
Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing domain concepts
