  • Financial Management

  • Deliver budgeted revenue and margin.

  • Secure targeted bookings for each season to hit annual budget.

  • Launch each season’s assortments on timely manner and track sell through on weekly basis. When sell through falls behind the plan, proactively formulate measures to cope with the situation.

  • Account management

  • Create account strategy and tactics based on business analysis.

  • Plan and facilitate periodic business meetings to align on vision and strategies.

  • Plan and lead account specific trade and consumer promotions to facilitate sell through new business development.

  • Constantly seek for new accounts that are appropriate for the brand.



  • Wholesale sales related to shoes and fashion required.

  • Strategic thinking: Require research, analytical thinking, innovation, problem-solving skills, communication and leadership skills, and decisiveness.

  • Account management: 5+ years of sales experience

  • Fashion oriented: Possess acumen and interest in the latest fashion trend.

  • Industry experience: Know the customers in the Japanese footwear industry.

  • Financial acumen: Capable of managing accounts from financial perspective.

  • English proficiency: Must be able to write monthly report in English.
