【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Lead, motivate and develop allocated employees by target agreements and performance evaluations on the basis of the corporate mission statement.
Motivate and develop a learning culture with emphasis on the continuous improvement of processes.
Select new employees in alignment with the supervisor and ensure and accompany their onboarding
Plan, agree and manage the budget and headcount in accordance with key performance indicators
Ensure the activities within BOM
Actively participate in Launching management Scheduling process of all Trucks and Bus projects and plan and execute preparation of series production of all Sample Vehicles and Try Out vehicles.

【REQUIREMENTS】
Experience in Production, R&D and Product/ Production documentation.
Leadership experience in complex/ stressful situations.
Capability to run ongoing operations and long-term projects.
University Degree engineering / industrial engineering or equivalent
Intercultural management
Knowledge on Production Technology and Production Documentation system (Build of Material)
