Develop and maintain strong stakeholder, hiring manager and candidate relationship.
Share market knowledge with hiring managers and be viewed as “Talent Advisor” regarding recruitment related best practices and processes.
Ensure data accuracy throughout the process and provide timely reporting update.
Meet set goals for time-to-fill, cost per hire, recruitment satisfaction survey, and required applicant tracking updates.
Participate in ad hoc team projects.
Possess a bachelor’s degree / university degree or equivalent.
Experience in recruitment for mid-career and graduate hiring, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Outstanding communicator and customer service oriented.
Good interpersonal and time management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously.
Language proficiency in English and/or relevant languages.
