  • Take ownership of the recruitment life-cycle, includes mid-career and graduate hiring in Japan and Korea

  • Discuss relevant recruitment strategies with hiring managers and use various channels to ensure maximum successful output.

  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder, hiring manager and candidate relationship.

  • Share market knowledge with hiring managers and be viewed as “Talent Advisor” regarding recruitment related best practices and processes.

  • Ensure data accuracy throughout the process and provide timely reporting update.

  • Meet set goals for time-to-fill, cost per hire, recruitment satisfaction survey, and required applicant tracking updates.

  • Participate in ad hoc team projects.



  • Possess a bachelor’s degree / university degree or equivalent.

  • Experience in recruitment for mid-career and graduate hiring, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Outstanding communicator and customer service oriented.

  • Good interpersonal and time management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously.

  • Language proficiency in English and/or relevant languages.
