Media Specialist
Location: Tokyo (Head Office)
Working Hours: 9:30 – 18:00 (Flex time; Core time 11:00 – 15:00)
Work Style: Primarily office-based (little/no remote work)
Team Size: 4 (Manager, Specialist, Assistant, Part-time staff)
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities
Media Planning & Execution – Develop, propose, and execute digital- and social-first 360° media plans with budget control
Owned Media Management – Manage official accounts, with a focus on LINE (hands-on posting experience preferred)
Content Creation – Copywriting and proofreading for eDM, DM, e-commerce, catalogs, and other marketing materials
Reporting & Analysis – Deliver campaign, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports
Project Participation – Support marketing communication and HQ-led projects, contribute to quarterly press/image events, and assist influencer marketing initiatives if applicable
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
5–7 years of experience in marketing, digital and omni-channel transformation, and project management with international brands
Strong leadership, negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
Experience managing cross-functional, international, and multicultural teams
Ability to balance creative and analytical thinking
Compensation
Total Package: JPY 6–7M (including one month bonus)
