Role Overview

This role is responsible for generating new business within large enterprise accounts. The Account Director will focus on identifying, developing, and closing high-value opportunities while building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

The position plays a key role in expanding market presence and driving revenue growth through a strategic, consultative sales approach.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Execution
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities within large enterprise organizations.

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and drive deals through to closure.

  • Sell cloud-based enterprise solutions to address customer business challenges.

Executive Engagement
  • Establish and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers (e.g., C-level executives).

  • Position solutions through a value-based, consultative sales approach.

Account Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate with customers to define long-term vision and value realization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal teams such as business development and solution consulting to support deal success.

  • Partner with external stakeholders where relevant to deliver integrated solutions.

Forecasting & Reporting
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular pipeline updates.

  • Monitor market trends and identify potential risks or opportunities impacting performance.

Candidate Profile
Experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.

  • Experience selling to large enterprise clients and engaging senior executives.

  • Strong ability to communicate business value using financial metrics such as ROI and cost optimization.

  • Excellent account planning and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and large deal sizes.
