Skills & Experience Summary
Take full responsibility for business with key accounts in Japan, enhancing the value of services, developing new clients, expanding existing contracts, and driving global business growth through an international account model.
Conduct sales activities from the Tokyo headquarters to address the needs of target clients.
Develop, execute, and achieve strategic business plans.
Lead client engagement across sales, marketing, delivery, and support functions.
Complete initial training within three months to master service offerings and technical knowledge, enabling independent operation in alignment with company policies.
Manage major client accounts in Japan, receiving direct attention from global management.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience in the IT industry
Experience in software, services, outsourcing, or consulting proposals
Sales experience with large manufacturing clients
Business knowledge in areas such as supply chain management, logistics, production, and sales operations
English proficiency (recommended: TOEIC 600+)
Experience navigating large Japanese organizations
System integration experience
Ability to build long-term business relationships by delivering excellent customer experiences
Strong existing relationships with target clients
Ability to understand client needs comprehensively, address complex requests effectively, and provide solutions within the company’s capabilities
