Position Summary
To enhance the structure and efficiency of the logistics department, this role focuses on improving productivity, reducing costs, and planning for future logistics operations over a 3–5 year horizon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily: Respond to inquiries from sales and 3PL partners, attend daily 3PL meetings, and manage core logistics systems.

  • Weekly: Collect next week’s shipping forecasts from sales, communicate them to 3PL partners, coordinate adjustments, and attend weekly 3PL and department meetings.

  • Monthly: Gather the following month’s shipping forecasts, coordinate with sales and 3PL teams, participate in monthly 3PL meetings (twice per month), handle invoice processing, and liaise with the US headquarters logistics team.

  • Business Trips: Approximately once a month to other logistics sites within the Kanto region.

Working Hours & Benefits

  • Hours: 9:15–17:30 (7 hours 15 minutes actual work, including 1-hour break), full-flex system, telecommuting available.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Experience Required: Practical logistics experience, 3PL management, and strong communication skills.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (SUM, AVERAGE, VLOOKUP, pivot tables), PowerPoint creation, and general spreadsheet management.

  • Preferred: Knowledge of customer requirements and 3PL operations; logistics-related qualifications are a plus.

  • Language: English for monthly meetings with US headquarters.
