As Account Manager you are responsible for managing global marketing clients to plan and execute product presentation and marketing communication for this key account. The agency has a long relationship with this client in its marketing content management/production and keep enhancing the relationship by establishing more efficient and streamlined project design and operation to support client digital transformation. In this specific assignment, we are looking for someone who can lead day to day business operations and build a healthy and long lasting relationship with client departments located in both Yokohama and London. This position also works for business development with other client global departments nurturing the relationship through program proposal with value added problem-solving approach. To do so, we expect him/her to:
• Develop new business with client by delivering values of the agency.
• Design businesses that generate a healthy profitability to the agency.
• Manage reputation to achieve sustainable relationship with clients.
• Drive to deliver high quality content and content production services.
• Design workflow for new launches to generate operational efficiencies for internal team both in Japan and United States.
• Lead day-to-day client consultations
o Lead strategic/tactical discussions with clients and make certain that the agency across the globe is well aligned.
o Solve issues proactively to deliver to the clients’ expectations.
o Support clients to align different internal and external stakeholders.
o Manage agency reputations.
o Build relationship with clients.
o Support Account Director in day to day operation.
o Capture scope of work and write creative briefs.
o Keep the revenue sheet up to date, and do what it takes to achieve the financial target.
o Generate healthy working environment with the team and other agency employees.
• Lead day-to-day project management for asset production
o Work with project managers to manage content production process (CGI images, Brand Videos, Product Videos, Print materials) with project managers and creative team.
o Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for both English (TOIEC 800 or above) and Japanese (Fluent, N1)
o Solid experience in working with multi-national Regional/Global teams.
o Good client communication skills (consultation and problem solving skills)
o Familiarity with customer insights and brand management.
o Strong project management skills. o Good attention to details with proven ability to work with multiple projects simultaneously.
o Great understanding of marketing asset production process in different formats. (Video, Print, Digital, CGI)
o Well established knowledge and experience of digital marketing and communication.
o Team player, self-starter, contributor.
o Premium, Luxury brand or automotive experience is a plus.
