You will be responsible for overall owner and responsible of After Sale Services & Repair Operations Management.
Monitor operations performance
Establish operation processes and procedures to ensure the quality of operations
Lead vendor management and define reliable vendor
【REQUIREMENTS】
At least 5 years of experience in After Sales Services/customer service
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire others
Hands-on experience of managing service operations and/or project management
