【COMPANY OVERVIEW】
A Leading Global Life Science Transaction firm focused on a wide range of transaction including (but not limited to) M&A's, Licensing, Strategic Partnerships and Venture Capital. Role will offer a competitive base salary, company bonus and residual bonus.
【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Play an important point of contact for the client and attract new clients
Be a key contact for the client in all communications and manage the customers independently
Interaction with the partners and management team
Knowledge of basic financial analysis and modeling (or willingness to learn)
Perform market research including KOL interviews
【REQUIREMENTS】
Strong academic track record; degree in life science is a plus
Strong interest for life science transactions
Understanding and experience in the healthcare industry (ideally in product commercialization / drug development)
Strong ability to communicate and write in English and Japanese (*Chinese is a plus)
