You will join the Ads Mobile Team, focusing on seamlessly integrating advertisements into the news feed to create a natural and meaningful user experience.

As an Android Engineer, you will work closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Backend Engineers to design, develop, and optimize client-server architecture for ad delivery, ensuring high performance and a user-first experience.
Androidエンジニアとして、プロダクトマネージャー、データサイエンティスト、バックエンドエンジニアと密接に連携し、広告配信のクライアント・サーバーアーキテクチャの設計・開発・最適化を行い、高速でユーザー優先の体験を提供します。
Responsibilities / 主な業務内容
Develop and maintain high-quality Android features for large-scale apps / 大規模アプリ向けの高品質なAndroid機能の開発・保守
Integrate third-party Ads SDKs (e.g., Google Ads Manager) / 外部広告SDK（例：Google Ads Manager）の統合
Design and implement client-server architecture for ad delivery / 広告配信向けのクライアント・サーバーアーキテクチャの設計・実装
Collaborate with Product Managers to enhance ad experiences / プロダクトマネージャーと連携して広告体験を改善
Partner with Data Scientists to collect metrics and optimize features / データサイエンティストと協力して指標収集と機能最適化
Work with backend teams and external partners to refine integration interfaces / バックエンドチームや外部パートナーと連携し統合インターフェースを改善
Required Qualifications / 必須条件
2+ years of hands-on Android development experience for apps with a large-scale user base / 大規模ユーザー向けアプリでのAndroid開発経験2年以上
Experience designing and implementing new features from scratch / 新機能の設計・実装経験
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently / 高い問題解決能力と自律的に働く力
Proven experience making data-driven decisions in product development / データ駆動型の意思決定経験
Preferred Qualifications / 歓迎条件
Experience with Android app observability tools and techniques / Androidアプリの可観測性ツールや技術の経験
Familiarity with Android Ads SDKs and ad delivery platforms / Android広告SDKや広告配信プラットフォームに関する知識
Basic knowledge of JavaScript is a plus / JavaScriptの基礎知識
