Job Description / 職務内容
The Solutions Consultant will use product and technical knowledge of the legal AI product to support sales, development, and marketing teams. You will provide project support from proposals to customer launch, while improving product quality and awareness.
ソリューションコンサルタントは、法務AI製品の知識と技術を活用し、営業、開発、マーケティングチームをサポートします。提案から顧客導入までプロジェクト支援を行い、製品品質と認知向上にも取り組みます。
Key Responsibilities / 主な業務内容
Propose solutions and support marketing activities / ソリューション提案およびマーケティング支援
Work with sales to provide optimal solutions to customers / 営業と連携し、顧客に最適なソリューションを提案
Support customers until product goes live / 導入まで顧客をサポート
Create proposals considering product trends and limitations / 製品トレンドや制約を踏まえた提案書作成
Communicate product value and demonstrate solutions / 製品の価値を社内外に伝え、解決策を提示
Answer technical questions from sales and customers / 営業や顧客からの技術質問に対応
Support seminars, events, and presentations / セミナーやイベントでの発表・デモ支援
Develop sales materials and standard demonstrations / 提案資料や標準デモの作成
Collaborate with internal teams to solve technical issues / 社内各部門と協力して技術的課題を解決

One of the following: IT product solution sales, pre-sales, solution engineering, IT consulting, or project leadership at system integrator / 以下いずれかの経験：IT製品ソリューション営業、プリセールス、ソリューションエンジニアリング、ITコンサル、SIerでのプロジェクトリーダー経験

SaaS or B2B engineering experience / SaaSまたはB2B製品のエンジニア経験
SaaS導入推進経験 / IT部門でのSaaS導入推進経験
Data analysis using SQL, Excel, etc. / SQLやExcelを用いたデータ分析経験
Business knowledge in legal or contracts / 法務・契約分野での業務知識

Salary / 給与
8,000,000 – 15,000,000 JPY (depending on experience and skills)
