  • Agree with dealers annual and monthly sales targets by model and at outlet level

  • Monitor dealer performance and provide consultation and coaching to dealers to achieve agreed targets

  • Identify, define and implement development needs for dealers using dealer performance data and other steering KPIs

  • Convince dealers to make financial, personal, and process investments to realize the market potential and achieve a sustainable business growth and ensure dealer’s business plan reflect this approach

  • Work with marketing team and dealers to establish marketing plan to acquire conquest customers and activate existing customers and prospects

  • Convince dealers to explore new media opportunities and channel (e.g., SNS), and new technology

  • Work with dealers to study competitors’ activities in the area and ensure to take actions to gain and protect segment market share

  • Review customer feedback, identify issues to improve sales processes

  • Take a leadership of area team in the respective area to ensure common understanding of the Group strategy and a uniform message to dealers.



  • University Degree

  • Over 5 years in Automotive or Luxury Industry

  • Leadership experience prioritized.

  • Experience in project management welcomed.

  • High flexibility to work on multitask assignments.

  • Good ability to lead and guide co-workers within a matrix-type function.

  • Strong data driven approach, goal oriented and proactive, able to work independently, but also work cross-functionally with strong initiative and leadership. Above all, maintain focus in a VUCA environment.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (Japanese and English)

  • English proficiency (Business level, minimum TOEIC 800)
