THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists in development of brand strategies.

  • Develop marketing strategies/plans for initiatives such as new product launches, re-stages, and commercial initiatives.

  • Lead analysis of category dynamics and business drivers such as consumer, shopper, competition and customer to develop actionable marketing plans to drive growth.

  • Lead and manage the execution of marketing plans and projects working with global marketing and cross functional team members.

  • Annual Budget and LE planning, A&P management and reporting KPI status.

 REQUIREMENTS

  •  Minimum 5 years of marketing experience at Consumer Packaged Goods company

  • Bachelor degree

  • MBA in Marketing preferred
