【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
The Customer Success Manager is a key position for the growth of the company in Japan and strategy surrounding product commercialization engagements.
This role will be responsible for the partnership between the company and key clients. Translates strategy and analyses into action. Takes key insights and develops meaningful, results-oriented plans to ensure achievement of product objectives, as well as sales and profit goals.
Develop a brand strategy
Proactively manages all aspects of alliance partner relationships
Ensures marketing strategy, business objectives and priorities are clearly aligned with cross-functional partners
Manages overall Brand P & L and brand performance
Deep understanding of payer landscape and proactively integrates this understanding into marketing strategy
Manage and lead Pharmaceutical brand performance
Become trusted partner of customers
Build Digital Channel partnerships and ROI models

【REQUIREMENTS】
Native Japanese level / High level Business English ability
7-12 years professional experience with relatable skills
Desirable:
Strong analytical skills,
Ability to interpret and present multivariate analyses to a wide variety of audiences
Effective Brand profit & Loss (P&L) management experience
Marketing experience in pharmaceutical, bio-pharma industry
Experience working in a co-commercialization partnership, alliance, and/or joint venture
