Job Description
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for planning and producing creative advertising designs across a range of media. This role involves developing visual concepts and layouts for marketing materials, social media content, and digital campaigns under the direction of an Art Director or Producer.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and create advertising design concepts, including posters, catalogs, logos, and other graphic materials.
Design digital content for social media platforms and EDM (electronic direct mail) campaigns.
Produce graphic layouts and mockups based on creative briefs and project direction.
Ensure all visual materials align with client brand guidelines and project objectives.
Required Qualifications
Industry Experience: Previous experience in an advertising agency or related creative field is required.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Experience designing EDMs and social media visual content.
Ability to produce design mockups and presentation materials.
Preferred Skills
Experience creating motion graphics or animated GIFs.
Familiarity with digital design tools such as Adobe XD or Figma.
Language Requirements
Japanese:
Speaking: Business-level (for internal communication)
Reading: Able to read client-facing documents
Writing: Business-level (for internal use)
English: Not required (no need for speaking, reading, or writing).
