Position: Digital Marketing Specialist

Website Strategy & Operations
Develop and implement a comprehensive website strategy that aligns with overall brand and business objectives to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Oversee daily management of the brand’s centralized website, including content updates, user experience optimization, and technical maintenance across global and local markets.
Collaborate with internal teams such as design, product, and development to plan and execute digital campaigns, product launches, and promotional content.
Monitor website analytics and key performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization, improve conversion rates, and strengthen SEO performance.
Ensure the website consistently reflects updated brand identity, messaging, and content standards while maintaining a responsive and user-friendly interface.
Web Content Creation
Lead the planning and implementation of global campaigns, ensuring content is engaging and relevant to target audiences.
Produce high-quality digital content, including SEO-driven materials, aligned with company goals and customer insights.
Manage the full lifecycle of content creation—from concept development to publishing—while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and tracking performance.
Personalization & Segmentation
Implement personalized marketing and content delivery strategies to support product launches and enhance the customer experience.
Develop a deep understanding of customer personas to tailor messaging and digital touchpoints that feel targeted, timely, and relevant.
Analytics & Reporting
Analyze key website performance metrics, such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, to provide actionable insights.
Prepare regular reports on digital KPIs and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance user journeys and campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure digital assets, content, and website features align with brand guidelines and deliver a cohesive user experience.
Collaborate with local and product teams to integrate campaign messaging, product information, and market insights into website communications.
Facilitating Best Practices
Stay current with emerging technologies, digital tools, and marketing trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
Share digital knowledge and best practices across teams, translating data and technology insights into actionable strategies for business growth.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
Solid understanding of digital tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, CRM systems, and content management platforms.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders efficiently.
Strong collaborative mindset and problem-solving orientation.
Deep interest in digital innovation and marketing trends.
Fluency in both Japanese and English.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SEO and content marketing strategies.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for website management.
Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion optimization techniques.
Experience working in international or regional (APAC) environments.
Background in the consumer goods industry (FMCG) is a plus.
