Position Summary
The Ecommerce Site Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and scaling the company's official online shop. This includes overseeing all operations and driving digital sales growth while ensuring alignment with the broader brand and customer engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage day-to-day ecommerce operations and strategy
Supervise and mentor a team of three
Analyze online sales performance and market trends to guide decision-making
Plan and implement promotional campaigns, measuring their impact and ROI
Build CRM initiatives using first-party data and digital tools to improve customer experience
Connect the ecommerce platform with physical retail locations to enhance the O2O (online-to-offline) experience
Requirements
Proven experience managing ecommerce sites or digital marketplaces (e.g., Rakuten, Amazon)
Proficient in data analytics tools (e.g., GA4), content management systems, and Excel
Strong business acumen with the ability to align digital initiatives with commercial goals
Experience in CRM, customer segmentation, and journey planning
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading a team
Business-level English proficiency
