【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
You will partner with and support Japan and Global Leadership team to drive and build a EHS compliance working environment and culture.
Develop and drive strong EHS management program for Services, Commercial and Research teams
Lead to prevent EHS related non-compliance to maintain a safe, healthy, and environmentally friendly workplace
Support and participate in Global EHS team’s initiatives and activities
Perform EHS inspections and audits
Perform incident investigations
Promote EHS culture and knowledge
Be part of Country BCP team of Japan and ANZ
【REQUIREMENTS】
3 years of experience in managing EHS activities
Bachelor of Science in a technical discipline, Safety engineer, other occupational health related certification
Business English
Customer-oriented thinking and action
Fast learner and fast comprehension in new digital tools
Good team player in a cross functional team
