 【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】

As an ERP implementation consultant, you will be involved in all areas of implementation phases, such as:

  • Discuss initial needs with clients, define requirements, set configuration parameters

  • Design and test design based on requirements

  • Support system implementation (programming may be involved if you are capable)

  • Trouble shooting and system maintenance

  • Educating and consulting customers and writing educational manuals if necessary

  • You may also have chance to support management in pre-sales responsibilities

If you have senior-level experience:

  • Lead local or global projects, manage quality, project tasks, and train your own team

  • Design or propose new ideas for operations and product functoriality for clients

  • Investigate system processes and report results

​【REQUIREMENTS】

You will be interviewed based on years’ of experience in IT consultation and technical implementation skills.

  • JLPTN2 or above, additional business English a plus for overseas clients

  • Experience in consultation or management of implementation projects of for example HCM, Supply Chain, FSCM, Finance Management processes.

  • Hands-on experience in for example: SAP HCM / SuccessFactors / WorkDay / Oracle EBS/ Oracle Cloud / Taleo / PeopleSoft / Oracle BS / Oracle FSCM / Oracle Cloud HCM / Sap BusinessByDay / Kronos

  • Programming languages welcome

For Senior Consultants:

  • BPO/BPR experience

  • SLA/KPI management

  • PM/PMO experience
