【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Work with cross-functional teams in sales, digital, marketing to develop field marketing strategies for raising the awareness of the company product / technology in the market.
Lead the market research to drive the business plan with innovative methods.
Plan, manage and develop Rakuten Medical’s marketing plan
Understand business strategy to support Commercial collaborate with medical activities.

【REQUIREMENTS】
At least a Bachelor`s degree
At least 5 years of experience in Marketing (Preferably in Field marketing)
Action and results-oriented, and a strong collaborator with excellent communication skill.
Ability to work independently, communicate proactively, manage multiple projects.
Strong data analysis with Microsoft excel skill.
Ability to communicate oral/ writing / reading in both Japanese and English .
