【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
You will be responsible for managing about 70 people split into 3 division, working closely with the GM for Japan.
Create and implement strategy to achieve sales targets as agreed by senior management / defending market position
Manage all sales channels including Field Sales, Wholesales, Key Accounts, and eCommerce.
Work closely with team managers in areas such as Trade Marketing, Sales Planning, Supply Chain, Finance and HR

【REQUIREMENTS】
Experience:
Having worked in different sales channels with strong understanding of wholesalers, field sales and ability to build relationships
Proven experience and understanding of sales financials, setting goals, forecasting and making adjustments based on real market information
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop people
Your desire: to develop and lead a team to be number one in the market
Language: Native Japanese and Business level English
