You will be responsible for managing about 70 people split into 3 division, working closely with the GM for Japan.
Create and implement strategy to achieve sales targets as agreed by senior management / defending market position
Manage all sales channels including Field Sales, Wholesales, Key Accounts, and eCommerce.
Work closely with team managers in areas such as Trade Marketing, Sales Planning, Supply Chain, Finance and HR
