Responsibilities 
  • Reduce stock-out time by expediting open orders, managing emergency orders, and finding ways to shorten customer waiting times.

  • Determine estimated arrival times for stock-out parts, identify root causes of long backorders, and implement corrective measures.

  • Coordinate and communicate with both external partners (suppliers, logistics providers) and internal teams (Procurement, Engineering, IT).

  • Maintain master data, manage parts replacements, and ensure appropriate safety stock levels.

  • Monitor and adjust demand forecasts to optimize order quantities.

  • Lead projects aimed at process automation and improving system efficiency.

  • Organize meetings with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen business relationships and ensure timely parts supply.

 

Work Experience
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management or Supply Chain Planning, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or related fields.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred.

IT Skills

  • Advanced Excel skills; proficient in PowerPoint; experience with think-cell preferred.

  • Experience with SAP MM (Materials Management), APO (Advanced Planning & Optimization), SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning), or other planning tools preferred.

  • Experience with Power BI preferred.

Certifications

  • Relevant certifications such as APICS (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or IBF CPF/ACPF preferred.
