They are looking for a new IT staff. This person will be involved in local IT projects and manage projects related to IT system maintenance, updates and roll-outs as per global planning and guidelines.
【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
20% system development tasks – perform scheduled activities in development and verification phase.
60% IT system maintenance – manage existing local IT systems and infrastructure, security, user support, training, document management
10% Global business meetings and planning of procedures and processes
10% cLEAN productivity
【REQUIREMENTS】
** training will be provided for system knowledge and guidelines
Business-level Japanese or above (reading/speaking/writing/listening)
Proficiency in English – need to be able to attend global video conferences and work with global teams on project matters
Network: Knowledge of Windows domain, server, Cisco network
Operation management or development experience in one of the following: SAP, MES, SCADA, MHS, QC
Team player, leadership skills, self-starter, quick learner
Flexible for business trips (infrequent during Covid19)
【GOOD TO HAVE】
Knowledge of Japan GMP – Management of Computerized Systems (GMP/MHLW/CSV)
Qualifications in IT, University degree or equivalent in IT-related degree
