A global real estate investment and asset management firm is seeking a Leasing Manager (Director level) to support its logistics property portfolio in Japan. The company manages and develops large-scale logistics facilities and is actively expanding its presence in the market.
Role Overview
This role is responsible for leading leasing activities across logistics assets, including both development projects and stabilized properties. The position focuses on tenant acquisition, relationship management, and leasing strategy, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive occupancy and asset performance.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Tenant Acquisition

Identify and secure new tenants for logistics properties under development and in operation.

Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Tenant Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants.

Support tenant retention and satisfaction initiatives.
Strategy & Project Support

Contribute to leasing plans for new development projects.

Provide market insights and recommendations to optimize leasing outcomes.
Stakeholder Coordination

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., asset management, development) and external partners.

Coordinate with brokers, tenants, and other stakeholders throughout the leasing process.
Negotiation & Contract Management

Lead lease negotiations and oversee execution of leasing agreements.
Candidate Profile
Experience
-
Experience in leasing logistics or industrial properties is preferred.

Background in real estate asset management, particularly within logistics assets, is advantageous.
Skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Solid understanding of the real estate market and leasing practices.
Qualifications

Real estate transaction certification or equivalent qualification required.

English language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
