Position Overview｜ポジション概要
This position plays a central role in supporting the company’s business expansion in South Korea. You will work closely with local partners to address logistics issues using a proprietary automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS). From system proposals to post-sales coordination, this is a key position that contributes directly to strategic growth in the region.
このポジションでは、韓国市場の拡大に向けて現地パートナーと協力し、同社の自動倉庫システムを活用したロジスティクス課題の解決に取り組みます。提案から導入後の対応まで、同地域での成長を支える重要な役割です。
Key Responsibilities｜主な業務内容
1. Product Launch Support｜製品導入サポート
Work with Korean partners to ensure product compatibility with local regulations
韓国のパートナー企業と連携し、現地法規に準拠した製品導入をサポート
2. Solution Consulting｜ソリューション提案
Logistics Analysis｜ロジスティクス分析
Analyze client logistics operations and warehouse layout to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements
クライアントの業務・倉庫運用を分析し、課題の特定と改善提案を実施（現場訪問含む）System Design｜システム設計
Design optimized ASRS-based logistics workflows based on client needs; support proposals with visual simulations
顧客の要望に応じた最適な保管・搬送設計を行い、必要に応じてシミュレーションを活用ROI Modeling｜投資対効果のモデル化
Quantify expected efficiency improvements and cost savings; present results with local partners
コスト削減・生産性向上の見込みを定量化し、パートナーと共同で投資判断資料を作成・提案Requirement Definition (Post-Sales)｜導入後の要件定義
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define technical and operational requirements for each project
受注後はパートナーおよび社内チームと要件定義を行い、PM・オペレーション部門へ引継ぎ

Market Research｜市場調査
Analyze trends and competitive dynamics in the South Korean logistics sector
韓国における物流業界の動向や競合分析を実施Customer Feedback｜顧客フィードバック活用
Collect insights from Korean clients and communicate improvements to internal product teams
現地顧客からの声や運用データをもとに、社内製品チームへ改善提案をフィードバック
Requirements｜応募資格
Minimum Qualifications｜必須条件
3–5 years’ experience in logistics or consulting
ロジスティクス業界またはコンサルティングでの実務経験（3～5年）
Business-level Korean proficiency
韓国語：ビジネスレベル以上
Communication skills in either Japanese or English
日本語または英語での高いコミュニケーション能力
Preferred Qualifications｜歓迎条件
Experience in robotics or warehouse automation solutions
ロボティクスまたは自動倉庫関連業界での経験
WMS（倉庫管理システム）開発・設計・導入経験
Strong market research and logistics strategy planning skills
ロジスティクス分野での市場調査・戦略立案に強みがある方
