A global life science company leading supplier of protein research tools to life scientists. Identifies, develops, and provide high-quality biological reagents and tools which are essential in a wide range of fields and applications including drug discovery, diagnostics and basic research.
【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Perform a series of daily logistics operations such as receipt/shipment work and dispensing. (See below for details)
Currently demonstrating leadership for a team of 5 people and showing evidence such as data. Lead the team more efficiently and proactively.
Comply with global policies and Japanese law.
Standardize and improve day-to-day operations while creating or updating runbooks.
Create a training schedule for new hires.
Strive to maintain and improve the work environment.
Assist the manager while communicating with the global team.
Shipping operations to domestic stores and overseas bases, including picking and packing.
Receiving business of products sent from overseas bases and domestic OEMs.
Ordering and replenishment of packaging materials
Dispensing work / Inventory twice a year
【REQUIREMENTS】
Native Japanese
MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Warehouses, stores, distribution centers, or research facilities
【PREFERRED QUALIFICAIONS】
Experienced in the biology / life science industry
English (intermediate-advance level)
