Job Title : Bilingual M365 Consultant (Hands-on Experience Required)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced M365 Consultant to lead and support Microsoft 365 (M365) implementation, migration, and optimization projects. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise across M365 services, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage M365 solutions (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Power Platform, etc.).
Lead migration projects from on-premises or other cloud platforms to M365.
Configure and optimize M365 security, compliance, and governance features.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex M365 issues, providing Tier 2/3 support.
Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
Conduct user training and adoption workshops.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Stay updated on M365 roadmap, new features, and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support.
Deep expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.
Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.
Strong understanding of M365 security, compliance, and identity management.
Proven track record in M365 migration projects.
Scripting skills (PowerShell) for automation and management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Microsoft certifications (MS-100, MS-101, or equivalent) preferred.
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Relevant Microsoft certifications highly desirable.
6+ years of experience in M365 technical design and implementations including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
Microsoft Solution Architect Certification (Professional level) highly desired
Excellent presentation & communication skills (both written and verbal)
Language Requirements / 言語要件
英語と日本語 (書面と口頭) の両方に堪能であること。英語力は最低でもC1レベル以上、日本語力はN2レベル以上が必要です。
Language Requirements
Fluency in both English and Japanese (written and spoken). For English proficiency, a minimum of C1 level is required, and for Japanese proficiency, a minimum of N2 level is required.
