【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Develop a mid-term brand strategy aimed at enhancing brand value and achieving sales targets annually through collaboration with internal and external partners.
Align brand goals with global objectives to establish challenging yet feasible sales and profit targets, fostering connections with APAC markets.
Collaborate with APAC to identify operational efficiencies, cost reduction opportunities, and innovative initiatives for brand growth across the region.
Evaluate competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and risks, ensuring brand strategy reflects corporate standards and philosophy.
Establish and maintain supportive relationships with internal stakeholders to maximize affiliate interests as the head of Brand from Japan.
Negotiate with APAC for effective collaboration and clear understanding of Japan market needs, while developing an Omni Marketing calendar for organized planning.
Implement strategic communication planning, KPI setting, and Omni marketing calendar planning to align stakeholders and effectively allocate resources, ensuring brand success and ROI measurement.
