Role Overview
The MD & Logistics Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing merchandise planning and logistics operations to support sales growth and inventory efficiency. This role plays a critical part in assortment strategy, stock control, domestic distribution, and coordination with overseas headquarters. The position requires both strategic thinking and hands-on operational leadership within a premium consumer goods environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage merchandise assortment strategies for both new and existing products to drive sales growth and optimize inventory efficiency
Monitor, analyze, and control inventory levels to ensure healthy stock turnover
Oversee domestic logistics and delivery operations
Coordinate product preparation and logistics support for events and special initiatives
Manage price updates and conduct inventory counts
Liaise closely with merchandising and product teams at overseas headquarters
Handle additional logistics and operational tasks as required
Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of professional experience in merchandising and/or logistics management
Business-level English proficiency or higher
Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience using ERP systems; SAP knowledge preferred
Background in fashion, luxury, or jewelry industries is highly desirable
Experience working in an international or foreign-affiliated company preferred

Employment Terms
Full-time employment with a 6-month probation period
Salary and benefits remain unchanged during the probation period
Working Hours
8 hours per day (approximately 9:30–18:30)
60-minute break
