Role Overview

The MD & Logistics Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing merchandise planning and logistics operations to support sales growth and inventory efficiency. This role plays a critical part in assortment strategy, stock control, domestic distribution, and coordination with overseas headquarters. The position requires both strategic thinking and hands-on operational leadership within a premium consumer goods environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage merchandise assortment strategies for both new and existing products to drive sales growth and optimize inventory efficiency

  • Monitor, analyze, and control inventory levels to ensure healthy stock turnover

  • Oversee domestic logistics and delivery operations

  • Coordinate product preparation and logistics support for events and special initiatives

  • Manage price updates and conduct inventory counts

  • Liaise closely with merchandising and product teams at overseas headquarters

  • Handle additional logistics and operational tasks as required

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in merchandising and/or logistics management

  • Business-level English proficiency or higher

  • Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Experience using ERP systems; SAP knowledge preferred

  • Background in fashion, luxury, or jewelry industries is highly desirable

  • Experience working in an international or foreign-affiliated company preferred

Working Conditions & Benefits

Employment Terms

  • Full-time employment with a 6-month probation period

  • Salary and benefits remain unchanged during the probation period

Working Hours

  • 8 hours per day (approximately 9:30–18:30)

  • 60-minute break

  • Year-end and New Year holidays (late December to early January)
