Position Summary
The Mixologist is responsible for delivering an exceptional bar experience through high- quality beverage preparation, professional service, and warm guest engagement. This role combines technical mixology skills with luxury hospitality standards, contributing to the overall guest satisfaction and brand image.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a memorable bar experience
• Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with hotel standards
• Recommend signature cocktails, promotions, and menu items to enhance guest experience and sales
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar area at all times
• Manage bar inventory, stock levels, and equipment responsibly
• Accurately process cash and credit card transactions
• Collaborate with food & beverage and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service regulations
Required Qualifications & Experience
• Previous experience in bartending, mixology, or food & beverage service preferred
• Strong guest service mindset with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift items up to approximately 23kg (50lbs)
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Business-level Japanese required; English communication skills preferred
