Role Overview
This role involves leading one of three sub-teams within the new graduate recruitment division at a leading consulting firm. As a player-manager, you will oversee recruitment operations and help shape internship programs, while also participating hands-on in daily tasks. Over time, this position is expected to grow into a leadership role covering the firm’s entire graduate recruitment function.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Operations (40%)
Manage the end-to-end graduate hiring process, including:
Job postings, candidate applications, company information sessions
Screening of application documents, online assessments, and interview coordination (multiple rounds)
Oversee recruitment progress and ensure smooth process execution, supported by an RPO vendor
Internship Program Management (60%)
Design and implement internship programs
Collaborate with internal consulting teams to develop engaging and effective program content
Plan and manage operations such as applications, assessments, interviews, and day-of logistics
English Usage
Primarily for occasional overseas recruitment activities (approx. twice annually)
Tasks may include coordinating local hospitality, arranging transport or meals (e.g., Uber, restaurant bookings)

Requirements
Must-Have Experience(any of the following)
Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment operations (company size not specified)
5+ years working at a BPO provider handling recruitment tasks
5+ years of experience at a recruitment agency (graduate or mid-career hiring both acceptable)
Must-Have Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint (intermediate level or above)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience handling both graduate and mid-career recruitment
Experience with high-volume hiring (300–400 hires per year)
Broader understanding of HR practices beyond recruitment (e.g., talent development, organizational design)
