【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Manage project modules – develop hypotheses, manage data collection, etc.
Support in project delivery
Build client and stakeholder relationships
Manage and train junior consulting staff
Support business development
Generate new client and/or project opportunities
【REQUIREMENTS】
Over 6-8 years of relevant experience, preferably with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or project-based, team-oriented environments
Experience in leading and managing teams
Problem solving and analytical skills
Financial services industry knowledge
Willingness to travel
Fluent level Japanese
