  • Execute on retail strategy by developing a regional-specific retail management plan.

  • Monitor, analyze and report on sales performance, cost of inventory, operational expenses, inventory loss and profitability margin.

  • Consistently drive and motivate leadership and store teams to achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key retail store metrics.

  • Lead team building, coaching, training and development modules of all retail teams

  • Partner closely with the global production and HQ to forecast inventory, seasonal/annual merchandising plans.

  • Oversee the internal/external team for sourcing, implementation, and troubleshooting of store software/IT tools with the global retail team.

  • Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store.



  • 4+ years of experience in retail with at least 2 years in a management role. Preferably in fashion, watch, technology or accessories business.

  • Store-opening experience is a plus while multi-store management experience is a MUST

  • Experience in leading multiple teams

  • Fluent in both Japanese and English
