【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Execute on retail strategy by developing a regional-specific retail management plan.
Monitor, analyze and report on sales performance, cost of inventory, operational expenses, inventory loss and profitability margin.
Consistently drive and motivate leadership and store teams to achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key retail store metrics.
Lead team building, coaching, training and development modules of all retail teams
Partner closely with the global production and HQ to forecast inventory, seasonal/annual merchandising plans.
Oversee the internal/external team for sourcing, implementation, and troubleshooting of store software/IT tools with the global retail team.
Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store.
【REQUIREMENTS】
4+ years of experience in retail with at least 2 years in a management role. Preferably in fashion, watch, technology or accessories business.
Store-opening experience is a plus while multi-store management experience is a MUST
Experience in leading multiple teams
Fluent in both Japanese and English
