Sales Planning and Operation

  • Develop and execute sales strategies, forecasts and execution plans for the Japan market based on the company’s commercial targets and business development plans in accordance with HQ strategy;

  • Review and monitor sales status through daily, weekly, and quarterly reviews and make timely adjustments to sales plans

Dealer Operation and Business Development

  • Set up long-term and short-term strategic plans in network realignment based on the company’s commercial targets

Vehicle Logistics Support

  • Manage the operation of importation and execution of wholesales targets

  • Review logistics plans, monitor wholesales activity




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or other related field with an additional MBA Degree will be highly preferable;

  • 15+ years of working experience in multinational environment especially in the auto industry and luxury products business as a plus, with 5+ years in a senior managerial position and extensive practical management experience in a commercial field;

  • Deep understanding of channel management, and knowledge of dealer and importer business model is an advantage;

  • Experience in strategic planning and execution with capabilities in contracting, negotiating, and change management;

  • Demonstrated ability to implement business plans and effectively build/ manage a diverse organization;

  • Extensive practical experience in the Japan market with a successful track record in commercial business;

  • Excellent business acumen and proven track record in business development, with a full understanding of the business model and operations;

  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, with good public speaking abilities, and experience in network relations principles and practices, as well as the maturity and impact to establish good working relationships and communicate and interact across all levels;

  • Process- and results-oriented, open-minded, disciplined and self-motivated with good planning skills;

  • Ability to utilize interpersonal skills and passion for the product to inspire and motivate staff to work towards team and organizational goals;

  • Strong team builder with a good balance of branding and sales revenue;

  • Passionate, Confident, aggressive, well-organized but flexible to face changes;

  • Always willing to take on new challenges and with the ability to work under pressure.

  • Fluent in English and Japanese (verbal and written)

  • Willing to work a flexible schedule and business travel within the region (more than 40% travel required), including weekends.
