Employment Terms & Conditions
Contract Type
Permanent employment with no fixed end date.
Probation Period
Three (3) months from the start date. Paid leave is not available during the probation period.
Compensation
Annual salary range: approximately JPY 5.5 million to JPY 7.5 million, depending on experience and qualifications
Salary is paid monthly in twelve equal installments
Bonus
Performance-based bonus of up to 1.5 months’ salary, subject to achievement of agreed objectives.
Overtime
Overtime is handled under a deemed overtime system in accordance with company policy.
Working Hours
Standard working hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Daily working time: 8 hours
Break time: 60-minute lunch break
Work Schedule
Monday through Friday.
Holidays & Leave
Weekly holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
Paid annual leave: Granted after six months of employment (10 days initially), increasing in line with company regulations
Commuting Allowance
Transportation expenses are fully reimbursed based on standard commuting routes and methods.
