  • Build trust with customers by demonstrating knowledge of individual sales groups and brands' target customer markets, relevant competitors and key business drivers.

  • Execute individual customer strategic plans incorporating customer and promotional plans, share growth opportunities, plans that take advantage of customer pricing (regionally appropriate), customer and consumer strategies.

  • Through promotions, packaging, merchandising and leveraging Brands that Matter, we implement ways in which our customers can effectively and creatively win over consumer, purchaser, end-user and product sales.

  • Operating strategies and plans to grow business with customers, achieving internal targets and objectives, and helping customers grow faster than their competitors, with a focus on both sales and shipments. encourage

  • Execute the customer strategies and plans developed by Brand Management in collaboration with the channel, finance and supply processes of the responsible department, deliver results in a manner that is profitable for both Aprica and the customer, and develop programs and plans. Success is measured by agreed metrics.

  • Execute a plan to meet all annual financial goals. This includes managing inventory levels, planning and promotional funds, minimizing E&O, returns and damage.

  • Analyzing information and data submitted by departmental POS, inventory turns, inventory and appropriate GMROI accounting to improve business management and proactively resolve SKUs, promotions and categories not meeting customer expectations take action and take action.


  • Experienced in sales for retailers/distribution stores (e.g. store patrols, sales staff guidance, sales floor maintenance, etc.)

  • 3 to 7 years of experience desired

  • Sales experience at manufacturer preferred

  • Preference is given to those with sales experience related to consumer goods such as daily necessities and miscellaneous goods

  • Experience in the baby industry is a plus

  • English conversation ability (TOEIC 800 or higher) preferred

  • Able to drive a car (required for business operations)
