Role Summary
This role involves leading digital transformation initiatives using Salesforce technologies. As a Project Manager / Consultant, you will oversee the full project lifecycle — from business analysis and pre-sales to solution design, implementation, and delivery. You will work with both domestic and international enterprise clients, managing hybrid teams composed of local and offshore members to deliver impactful Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct business analysis, assist in system selection, and provide pre-sales consulting
Design Salesforce-based solutions aligned with client business goals
Manage projects from requirements gathering through to delivery and post-implementation support
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Japan and offshore locations
Serve as a technical architect, ensuring system design aligns with best practices
Build and maintain relationships with Salesforce and other ecosystem partners
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience with Salesforce (development, implementation, or support)
Proven experience in project management or team leadership
Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (spoken and written)
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Consultant, Architect)
Experience in consulting firms or system integrators handling CRM, ERP, SFA, or MA projects
Familiarity with ITIL, PMBOK, or IT service management frameworks
Experience in enterprise-level solution sales or pre-sales
Understanding of AI and generative AI technologies and their business applications
