【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Develop mechatronic systems in cooperation with multidisciplinary team
Work with external suppliers, manufacturers and designers
Evaluate and identify improvements to robotics and automation solution designs
Stay current on innovative manufacturing processes to facilitate optimal product design using Design for Assembly and Manufacturing methodologies
Utilise software tools such as FEA and moldflow analysis to confirm design integrity
Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced team members

【REQUIREMENTS】
Bachelor/Master`s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
8+ years of product development experience with emphasis on electrochemical automation equipment, preferably in the automotive, aerospace, and/or service robotics industry
Experience in the design and engineering of injection-molded plastic components and stamped sheet metal components
Solidworks or equivalent CAD software
Excellent experience in product development from design, tooling to production, selection of materials, and strong knowledge of manufacturing processes
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of engineers
Deep understanding of the business and end-user needs, and can proficiently translate those needs into the right technology solution
Exceptionally well organized, detail oriented, and thorough
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
High-degree of initiative and proven analytical problem-solving skills
Business Leve of English, Fluent in Japanese
